Literacy & Numeracy Disabilities
Some families receiving support through Alberta's Family Support for Children with Disabilities (FSCD) program may be approved funding for behavioral, developmental or aide supports.
While our services align with a child's approved support goals, Insight Academics can discuss potential service options with families and their FSCD caseworker.
FSCD Funding is not guaranteed. Eligible provider requirements, and approval of individual services are determined by FSCD. Academic tutoring, educational assessments and school-based educational support are not FSCS funded services.

A 4-Week Intensive for Students with Literacy Difficulties
An evidence-based reading and writing intervention program that builds skills, confidence and a love of reading.
We believe every student can become a confident, capable reader and writer with the right support and instruction.
WHAT IS IT?
Decode & Thrive is a 4-week intensive program designed specifically for students with dyslexia and other related learning disabilities.
It targets the foundational skills that make reading and writing challenging and builds them systematically through personalized evidence-based instruction.
WHO IS IT FOR?
Struggle with reading accuracy or fluency
Have difficulty with spelling and writing
Avoid reading or writing tasks
Need structured, explicit support to build confidence and skills
