Cancellation Policy
Insight Learning Blueprint – Booking & Payment Policy A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your child’s Insight Learning Blueprint appointment. The remaining 75% balance is due on the day of the assessment. The deposit is applied toward the total cost of the Blueprint. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice, and your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may result in the deposit being forfeited, and a new deposit may be required to rebook. All other Blueprint policies regarding confidentiality, educational use, and the non-diagnostic nature of the service apply.
